Shipping policy

United Kingdom:

We regularly ship to Mainland UK, Ireland and Scotland. Shipping profiles are set to accommodate relevant products for sale in this store.  Furniture delivery to Mainland UK is booked with a trusted and fully insured courier.

Please contact us in advance of making your purchase as we will need to be advised of requirements such as a one or two man delivery crew and any logistical information relating to your property (stairs, number of floors etc). All our furniture is dispatched fully wrapped and labelled and photographs will be sent to the buyer before the item leaves our studio.

 If you are in Scotland, Cornwall, Ireland or the Highlands, shipping my incur additional charges. Please enquire before making your purchase.

Collection in person is also welcome by prior arrangement from my studio (CB23, Cambridgeshire)

 Lampshades, cushions and home interior decor will be shipped using either Royal Mail tracked 24, Royal Mail tracked 48 or DPD.

 USA:

All international logistics will be handled by GB Liners, a professionally registered international removals company. Once a sale has been made to The Vintage Peony Store, the buyer will engage in a contract with GB Liners and will pay shipping costs directly to GB Liners. The Vintage Peony Store will not take liability for shipping arrangements as the insurance policy will lie between “The Buyer” and GB Liners.

 All goods will be wrapped in full export packaging and then packed into a bespoke made to measure crate to ensure full protection whilst in transit.
